Hello Beauties ! Welcome to my blog! Today we’re going to be talking about how to get rid of tiny bumps in just one week. So, if you’re interested that, please keep on reading this article 🙂
Before we go on, I want to put out a disclaimer out there that this article is not for people with severe skin problems. If you are one of them, then please go to a skin doctor and do not do anything that you see in the internet because you never know what might happen. Anyway, if you’re someone with acne prone or oily skin or if you are someone who has tiny bumps going around on your skin, this article is for you.
First, I’m going to be talking about some of the few thing that you can include in your daily lifestyle habits that can help you to fight these internally. And then, I’m going to show you a few skin care steps that you can include in your daily skin care routine which can help you to get these tiny bumps go away faster.
So, there are three things that will help you to get rid of these tiny bumps :
- DRINK GREEN TEA
Internally, the number one is drink green tea. You can take a bottle with you everywhere you go, so you will have easy access to drink whenever you need. If you don’t like tea, then just drink water, but a lot of water. You can add a little bit of lemon to your herbal tea and put it in a cute little glass from teapot with a candle burning that keeps your tea warm and it’s so playful !
So, number two is sleep. Sleep more and sleep early! I know that you’ve heard this a lot and you’re still going to hear this a lot throughout the rest of your life. But, this article is made to remind you again that you really need to sleep and get more rest. Your body needs sleep time to heal ! If you have a sleep problem (like me), you can use eye sleep mask to help your eyes closed immediately. I suggest you not to consume any sleep medicine.
- DON’T EAT THIS!
And lastly, number three is don’t eat too much sodium, sweet, or oily food! Don’t add too much salt in your food and don’t eat too much chips or noodles, because they contain a very high amount of sodium which will retain water in your body that not only makes you gain water weight and feel more bloated, but it will also holding toxins inside your body which will end up showing outside on your skin.
Same thing with sweet and oily food. I know these are the three main ingredients that makes the food tastes delicious, but if you’re someone who is not blessed with the skin type that naturally fight bacteria on its own, you should really watch what you’re eating. Because you know, instead of fighting the bacteria’s, you might be fueling up the bacteria’s to make more damage on the skin and cause a lot of pimples, clogged pores, blackheads, and all these nasty little blemishes that nobody wants to have. Of course, you can’t completely cut it off but try to eat less sodium, less sweet, and less oily food. Then I’m sure that it’s going to make a lot of difference in your skin 🙂
Alright, so now let’s see what you can include in your daily skin care routine !
- CLEAN YOUR SKIN PROPERLY
Cleanse your skin properly and remove makeup properly. If you wear any makeup, spent at least two minutes to cleanse your skin and make sure to rinse well.
One of the main reason why you are having pimples, blackheads, and clogged pores which are also called tiny bumps are because you do not scrub your skin. So exfoliate your skin more often! Maybe a lot of people say that you should exfoliate once or twice a week, but you should do what works best for you. Some people like to use a mild exfoliator every single day. These exfoliator make your skin cleaner and smoother which helps to absorb the after products better.
- ALOE VERA GEL MASK EVERY SINGLE DAY
Now this is the only thing different that I added into my skincare routine and it’s been working like magic. There are so many masks from DIY (DO IT YOURSELF) to high-end expensive stuff, but…Aloe Vera gel is the best! It is cheap, it is all-natural and it works !So, now let me tell you why Aloe Vera is a magic. Aloe Vera has been used for centuries because it contains vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and antioxidants that work wonders for the skin. It is a great medication to treat our skin including sunburns and can reduce acne and lighten blemishes. It can also be used as a natural daily moisturizer. It cleanses, protects, and softest the skin without clogging pores.
Aloe Vera is effective for both men and women of every age and every skin type. Wooo.. How cool is that! So, I’ve been using Aloe Vera gel as a sleeping mask every single day, and yes…I have trained myself to sleep on my back and yeah… it’s kind of difficult not to like turn around at night because at night you’re not going to be controlling it lol. Your subconscious mind is going to be controlling your body. So I know a lot of people will be moving all over their bed, but I think if you tried, it really works. And yeah, I don’t know, I just tell myself that I need to sleep on my back because I have “this” thing and I don’t want to transfer it on my pillow. Hmm.. maybe it is just me, or I think there are a lot of people who can do that. But if you can’t, don’t worry because what you can do is put it on as a mask when you’re home after school or work. Try to do it after cleansing. Put on the mask all over like a thick layer and leave it on for about 20 minutes, rinse it off, follow up with your daily skin care routine, and go to sleep. That’s it !
I used Wardah Aloe Vera gel. It’s about USD 1,87. You can also use a natural Aloe Vera gel leaf. But, I think maybe it’s a little bit harder to find in your country. I am in Indonesia, and it’s easy to find. I also can ask for these thing to my neighbors that planting it in their house 🙂 My grandmother also used to plant this in her house. Beside that, a natural Aloe Vera gel leaf might be a little bit messy although it could be better than a store product because I’m sure that they might have added some preservatives to make the product last longer. I don’t know, but yeah these product still working great for me and it’s so cheap actually.
So Beauties, finally today we have learned how to get rid of tiny bumps, including pimples and all these little nasty blemishes that nobody wants to have and don’t be discouraged if it’s not working fast for you. Because, like I always say, everybody is different, everybody skin heal faster or slower.
